A seasoned professional with over seven years of experience across diverse roles in administration, coordination, and Human Resources, Sabin Rongpipi worked as an HR recruiter with specialisation in talent acquisition, candidate management, and recruitment strategies for prominent clients like Tata Digital, Tata ClassEdge, SarvaGram, and others. Her earlier roles include leading youth-driven initiatives as a Learning and Development Coordinator for IGSSS in the North East Region and serving as a District Coordinator for the IGSSS-UNICEF collaboration in Karbi Anglong District. She has worked closely with various government bodies, social organizations particularly in advocating child rights and empowering youth.
